Welcome.
On June 4 we are going to one of the most beautiful national parks - Lake Distict.
Amazing nature and geological history, beautiful lakes in which peaks of the surrounding mountains can be viewed. Magical places that will remain in our memory forever. We invite you to participate in this active expedition during which we will visit unique places.
Day I
Arrive at Wasdale Head around noon. On this day, we will trek one of the most beautiful scenic routes in the Lake District.
We will go to the top of Illgill Head from where there is a stunning landscape of the surrounding peaks and the waters of Wast Water Lake,
to which we will descend to end our journey.
We will learn about the geography, geology and history of the region and settlement.
Around 15-16 we will go to the camping where we will build our camp.
Welcome grill in the evening !!!
Day II
Ascent to the highest peak in England - Scafell Pike 978 meters above sea level
In the late afternoon, we will go for a walk to the local pub for something cold that will reward us with the hardships of climbing.
Day III
After breakfast and packing, we will go to the village of Buttermere, from where we will go along a beautiful trail to the highest, one-slope waterfall in the Lake District National Park.
Scale Force, because we are talking about it is over 50m high.
After walking the route, approx. 6 km long, we will return to the village for a meal.
We leave the Lake District home in the afternoon.
The trip will take place on June 4-6.
We travel to the meeting point with our own cars and at our own expense.
People who want to participate, but do not have a car, can go with someone who has an empty seat, contributing to the fuel costs.
We meet in the designated place on June 4 at 11.
The price for the trip is £ 85 per person.
