About the trip:
Welcome to the details of our unique trip to India.
This carefully prepared trip is aimed at getting to know a selected part of India as best as possible.
It is one of the most fascinating countries in the world.
It is on every traveler's "must see" list. Those who have visited India do not describe it as a standard travel report. Experiences involve great reflection, a journey into oneself or a change of point of view.
We also experienced these emotions, so we can confirm these experiences with a clear conscience.
It's not easy to understand India, but you can definitely love it.
But it's worth trying - immerse yourself in a colorful, oriental reality full of exotic (and specific) smells and tastes, dark eyes peeking out from behind colorful scarves, mystical temples and great royal palaces.
During our trip, we will visit 3 Indian states: Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, focusing on their most beautiful cities and amazing monuments. We will start our adventure with the Indian subcontinent in its capital - Delhi.
It, together with Damascus, is considered the oldest city in the world, with a history dating back 5,000 years.
This overpopulated and congested agglomeration can delight you.
The mixture of cultures and religions makes it impossible to get bored here - the diversity and contrasts are surprising for us Europeans.
We will visit the most important places in the metropolis; from the oldest district to contemporary works of human hands.
We will travel in the company of "sacred cows" and meeting an elephant is not uncommon here.
From the capital of the country we will go to Mathura, which is located in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
It is one of the holy Hindu cities.
According to religion, this is where Krishna was born, and this place is a pilgrimage destination for his followers.
We will also visit the Krishna Janmahstan complex to learn and understand the phenomenon of Hinduism. The next destination of our trip will be the famous Agra. Rising above the Yamuna River valley, it is one of the most important and beautiful Indian cities.
This is where one of the 7 wonders of the world is located - the Taj Mahal. But the city is much older, dating back to the turn of the 5th and 6th centuries.
As many as three sites located in Agra have been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Leaving the state of Uttar Pradesh, we will go to the famous Rajasthan and the unique city of Jaipur.
It is the state capital, which is called the "Pink City" and is considered the architectural pearl of India. In addition to wonderful monuments, we will celebrate Holi here - one of the most beautiful Hindu holidays.
Called the "Festival of Colors", it attracts many tourists, but it is the local tradition and the inhabitants of India that are the actors of this event.
Holi can be compared to the European welcome of spring, which begins a period of abundance.
During this time of the full moon, which falls in February or March depending on the year, residents celebrate by throwing bright powdered dyes and pouring water on each other. All this in an atmosphere of joy, dancing, singing and burning fires.
This magical time begins after sunrise and can last up to several days.
We will be at the center of these events together with residents and visitors from all over the world. These moments will stay with us for a long time and the photos will be a unique souvenir of Holi.
We will send you more detailed information in an email.
